Wisma BCA - BSD City

After the major success of its BSD housing and commercial district project, Wisma BCA BSD City was built to be the first office building opened to the public in the BSD City Sunburst CBD Office Park Complex. Standing on an immense 8,000 square meters of land in the center of the CBD, the five-storey building has a total space of 19,200 square meters. 

 

Always a pioneer in advanced concepts, Sinar Mas Land designed Wisma BCA to be an office building that applies a hi-tech approach to its daily operations, complete with green architecture. The hi-tech concepts are applied through the use of fiber optic, high speed internet connection/secure wi-fi with large band width capacity. This ensures rapid data transfer in and out of the building. Meanwhile the principle of green architecture has been translated into a shady and sanitary environment, supported by parks in the surrounding area, combined with the design of a roof garden and use of low e-glass to reduce heat and minimse consumption of electricity.
