The concept and creation of trade centers is something that has been developed for many decades by property developers around the world. However, it is hard to doubt that in the case of Indonesia, the unique existence of trade center has changed completely by Sinar Mas Land since the late 1980's.

With the inauguration of the International Trade Center (ITC) Mangga Dua, Sinar Mas Land generated a change in the way traders and customer conducted business. From a busy traditional shopping district, Mangga Dua quickly grew into an iconic shopping destination for visitors from Indonesia and overseas. From this initial project Sinar Mas Land has developed a further 12 trade centers across Indonesia.

Almost 30 years on, the concept of modern trading changes very quickly, but ITC has never lost its appeal to both tenants and customers. With ITC, Sinar Mas Land has set a trend that has spread all over the country.
