SINGAPORE, 24 September 2026 – Nava Grove, the 552-unit residential development jointly developed by Sunway MCL Limited and Sinar Mas Land Pte Ltd, has reached a major construction milestone with the topping-out of its three 24-storey residential towers. Set on a site spanning approximately 270,000 square feet, the milestone marks the completion of the main structural works and the development’s transition into the next phase of construction and finishing works, bringing Nava Grove another step closer to its expected Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in the first quarter of 2028.
Strong market response with 99% of homes sold
Nava Grove has received a strong response from homebuyers, with 99% of its 552 residential units sold to date. Only one residence remains available for sale — a two-bedroom-plus-study unit, offering prospective homebuyers a final opportunity to own a home within the development.
The strong sales performance reflects Nava Grove’s appeal to buyers seeking thoughtfully designed homes surrounded by nature while remaining connected to established amenities and transport links.
Embraced by nature, designed for serene living
Surrounded by the greenery of Clementi Forest and connected to an extensive network of parks and recreational routes including the Rail Corridor and Ulu Pandan Park Connector, Nava Grove has been designed to provide residents with opportunities to connect with nature as part of everyday living.
Within the development, extensive landscaping and fluid greenscapes are integrated throughout the estate to create a tranquil residential environment. Leveraging technology as Nava Grove progresses towards completion
As Nava Grove progresses towards its expected TOP in the first quarter of 2028, the development will participate in Singapore’s new whole-of-government virtual inspection process for Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC) inspections.
Under the new approach, 360-degree virtual scans of completed areas can be submitted progressively for regulatory agencies to carry out compliance checks, allowing parts of the inspection process to begin earlier. The initiative is expected to streamline the inspection process and support greater efficiency in the lead-up to project completion.
Nava Grove’s participation is part of the joint venture partners’ broader efforts to leverage technology across project delivery. By adopting new digital processes alongside conventional site inspections where required, Sunway MCL and Sinar Mas Land aim to enhance coordination and efficiency while maintaining their focus on the quality of the development delivered to homeowners.
