BSD City, October 10, 2021 ーSinar Mas Land won the Country Winner IDC Future Enterprise Awards 2021 for the Best in Future Customers and Consumers Indonesia category. This victory allowed Sinar Mas Land to compete with the other winners from Asia Pacific, and the result would be announced in the IDC DX Summit on Wednesday, October 27, 2021. The event involved over 1,000 participants from 12 Asia Pacific countries including Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, People’s Republic of China, South Korea, India, Australia, and New Zealand.

In addition, Gani said the company is attempting to improve its customer experience by developing a city app called OneSmile that allows the community to enjoy customer services, bill reminders, information on the area and community, city guide, and it even supports cashless transactions in numerous shops and stalls. Sinar Mas Land has been adapting digital customer service, in accordance with the face-to-face interaction restriction due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

IDC Future Enterprise Awards ceremony is held by International Data Corporation (IDC), an American research and marketing intelligence consulting company specializing in information and technology, telecommunication, and customer-based marketing technology. Held in the ceremony’s fifth year, IDC emphasized the evaluation of the companies’ breakthroughs according to the current trend and their attempts to enter future businesses.
