Bogor Regency, May 18, 2021 — As the jewel in the crown of Cibubur, Kota Wisata has added a direct toll gate inside the housing complex as its additional facility. The toll gate direct access inside the area will further support the residents with their daily activities. The access is planned to officially open by the end of 2021 as one of the toll gates on the Cimanggis-Cibitung (Cimaci) toll road, part of Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) 2.
By the time the toll gate is finished, those living in Kota Wisata Cibubur as well as its visitors will enjoy the convenient toll access around Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi), since the JORR 2 will connect Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Kunciran, Serpong, Cinere, Depok, Cimanggis, Cibitung, and Cilincing in just one lane. JORR 2 is also integrated with the other toll roads including Jagorawi, Jakarta-Cikampek, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, JORR 1, and more toll roads on Java Island.

Main Director of Cimanggis Cibitung Tollways (CCT) Thorry Hendrarto said the Cimaci Toll would later be expected to solve the traffic jam issues of the areas within the toll’s range. He also hoped the upcoming toll gate inside Kota Wisata would save more time and transport costs.
CEO for Residential National of Sinar Mas Land Herry Hendarta also welcomed the latest toll gate in the area that would make Kota Wisata a development project with the best access in Cibubur. He said, “We try to make the toll access as good as possible so people can travel easily, whether for commuting to Jakarta on a daily basis for work, or for visiting the neighboring or other cities on Java Island. The toll access will help the entrepreneurs from outside Jabodetabek to start their businesses in Cibubur, Bekasi, and beyond.”
The convenient toll access will add the investment value for the properties in Kota Wisata Cibubur as well. It is proven by the rising demands from the private sectors for the area’s commercial properties so they can move their businesses to Kota Wisata Cibubur.
As a response to the situation, Sinar Mas Land is currently setting up a central business district (CBD) in Kota Wisata Cibubur. The CBD has kicked off its development, especially with the Living World Mall of Kota Wisata Cibubur which has initiated construction earlier this year and is scheduled to open its doors by 2023. The department store, developed by Sinar Mas Land with Kawan Lama Group, will become a Flagship Home Living, Home Improvement and Lifestyle mall especially with shopping booths such as ACE Hardware, Informa, and more. The mall will meet the market demands for business hubs thanks to its food and beveragesfacilities that will make ideal meeting points, as well as various family-friendly recreation centers.
Those interested in indulging in the Kota Wisata’s dynamic businesses may start booking the Downtown Madison’s shophouse units. The shophouses are the recent commercial properties in Kota Wisata Cibubur, boasting the first dining alfresco concept in Cibubur. This unique feature makes the shophouses perfect for businesses and investments. Some of the Downtown Madison’s shophouses have a 115-meter-square building and a 60-meter-square land, while some others have a 248-meter-square building and a 95-meter-square land, available from Rp1.9 billion to Rp3.9 billion.
In 1997, Kota Wisata was built as a housing district for Cibubur and the surrounding areas. So far, Kota Wisata Cibubur has developed 43 housing clusters whose designs are inspired by the exotic beauty of several major cities in the world. As it continues to grow, Sinar Mas Land has added more facilities for the residents’ convenience, from worship places, shops, Fresh Market, to Eka Hospital. The educational institutions include Sekolah Islam Terpadu Fajar Hidayah, Sekolah Katolik Bunda Hati Kudus, Sekolah Kristen BPK Penabur, and ABC Kids School. All these facilities, infrastructure, and the coming-soon CBD and tollway will make Kota Wisata an excellent district in Cibubur and beyond.
