It was related to the government’s plan to develop a new capital city in East Kalimantan.
The ministry’s team visited several project sites in BSD City such as Sinar Mas Land Plaza building, Command Center, Water Treatment Plant, Botanical Park, Intermoda Modern Market, and Intermoda TOD Area. “We are very excited about the ministry’s team visit. This time, we have discussed and learned together about developing some new growth centers through one of the projects developed by Sinar Mas Land, which is BSD City. We explained several things worth considering in developing a new city such as the planning, spatial system, township management, and sustainable green development that we have applied in this project,” says Dhony.
