Green Building

Sinar Mas Land acknowledge the importance of managing building structures so that they are environmentally friendly especially related with basic principles of Green Building which is reducing resources as well as low carbon development ,less waste and creating a healthy building. We care deeply about the environment and we also have principles of how we can be friendly to the environment but also do not create inconvenience for building occupants. We certifying Sinar Mas Land buildings, such as the Sinar Mas Land Plaza building, GOP6, GOP9, GOP1, Sinar Mas Land Thamrin Building and GOP area.

Each certified Green Building will contribute 30-40% energy savings and 40% water savings, also less carbon which can reach 800-1200 tons per year. 

Green buildings also contribute less water to provide healthy buildings, especially from the materials used and carbon dioxide monitors inside the buildings with many occupation.

Many buildings owned by Sinar Mas Land are certified "Green Building" by the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) and Green Mark (Singapore).

  • SML Plaza BSD -Gold
  • ITSB -Gold
  • My Republic Plaza / GOP 6 -Gold
  • GOP 9 -Platinum
  • GOP 1 -Gold
