Biomedical Campus (BMC) Smart Building

The Smart Building Biomedical Campus in BSD City, launched in January 2024, sets a new benchmark for sustainable and digital innovation. Covering 11,800 m² of land with 31,800 m² of space, it brings together offices, a business centre, an experience hub, a makerspace, and F&B outlets. 

Through Microsoft’s digital twin technology and the TwinWorX IoT platform, the campus integrates critical systems—HVAC, electrical, lifts, lighting, and fire safety—into a single, intelligent platform for predictive and real-time management.  

With data-driven automation at its core, the campus optimises energy use, reduces waste, and cuts maintenance costs, while adaptive lighting, occupancy sensing, and predictive maintenance create a safer, more comfortable, and more productive environment. These innovations not only advance sustainability but also transform the user experience, blending efficiency with everyday convenience.
